Return or Exchange Policy

All sales placed online or in-store are final. However, if the product meets at least one of the following two conditions, you may be eligible for a free refund or exchange:

  • The new and unused product is defective upon delivery;
  • The new and unused product is non-defective but does not match the description presented on its information page on the website.

In these circumstances, we ask that you contact our customer service as soon as possible to discuss possible options:

Online Purchases

For all online purchases, please use the chat to speak directly with an advisor or contact us by email at contact@jcperreault.com. Make sure you have your order number handy, which you can access via your order confirmation email or through your order history in your customer account.

In-store purchases

For any in-store purchases, please contact your branch directly by phone: Contact Us. Please have your purchase contract ready for your order.
